E-MAIL CONSULTATION
Due to popular request I am now in the position to offer a consultation by e-mail, this service is being offered so that people can consult me from the privacy of their home, during the consultation you will be asked questions reagrding your condition and you will be required to fill in a form and e-mail it to me.
Once I receive your form, I will spend up to 30 mins reading your details and make my observations and reccomendations for a treatment or combination of treatments which will benefit you.
This service saves you having to come to my clinic for a consultation and once you receive my reply and reccomendations, the choice to go ahead with treatment is yours.
All consultations and treatments are stricktly confidential and your details will not be stored on my computer as I print them out and they are taken to my clinic so that if you chose to go ahead with treatment then your paperwork will be available to go ahead with treatment without any fuss or bother.
A Payment of 40 UK pounds must be paid before I accept your consultation.
